So after 3 months of not smoking...I smoked 
. I felt so defeated that I gave up and started smoking off and on for about 2 weeks. After the second week I decided that I wanted to give it a second shot. Its been 6 months now and I haven't smoked yet 
. To anyone out there that is in the same situation just remember everyone falls sometimes but only YOU decide if you get back.
